4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all final deliverables. VisualGrowthStudio retains the right to display work in portfolios and marketing materials. Source files and working assets are transferred upon project completion.

5. Project Timelines

Timelines are estimated in good faith and begin upon receipt of all required materials and initial payment. Delays caused by the client may extend timelines proportionally. VisualGrowthStudio will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

VisualGrowthStudio's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ludwigsburg, Germany.

Partial refunds are calculated based on: (a) work completed versus total project scope, (b) milestone payments already released, (c) third-party costs already incurred. A detailed breakdown will be provided with any partial refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: (a) completed and delivered milestones, (b) third-party licensing fees, (c) rush fees and expedited delivery charges, (d) custom stock assets purchased for the project.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
